He has been the speaker at several opening days and for numerous new teacher induction days. Dr. Perna specializes in development of Assessment Based Lesson design, defining focus for No Child Left Behind improvement, and writing across the curriculum. His keynote credits include: Utah State Secondary Principals Association Conference, Reform With Results Conference in Beaver Creek, Colorado, Generation Next Conference for the New Jersey Department of Education, National Career Academy Coalition Conference, Honolulu, Hawaii, and Meeting the No Child Left Behind Dilemma Team Conference in Orlando, FL.
She has delivered keynote addresses to numerous groups across the United States. Great speaker for ways to meet the No Child Left Behind challenges.
She was the lead trainer for the Daimler Chrysler funded project in Michigan, "Making Connections". This effort was aimed at tapping motivation in learners to raise standardized test scores and bridge the gap between school, community and work. Ms. Harris is an associate with the SRS Program at Sonoma State University and is the founder of the "Teach to Each" program for Educators.
Elaine has developed a strong approach to tying reading together with mathematics at the K-8 levels in schools. She can help the teacher recognize how reading tied to other subjects can help children with the learning and comprehension process. She has excellent skills in working with teams of teachers to develop the integrated curriculum needed in the high stakes testing world of schools.
Dr. Hartman teaches school law for Wilkes University. His speeches and training sessions are practical and relevant to all educators.
Her speaking and workshop training on reading and how to make reading a relevant process in all classes is outstanding. Mrs. Roede has offered numerous training workshops in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey.
